Model Envy: J.W Anderson Fall 11'

This fall I'll be a J.W. Anderson boy

the mini pleated sweeping kilts, the fringe boots and the feature made out of the "dad at disney world" sweater around the waist makes this my AW11 menswear winner. Spring hasn't appeared yet and I'm wishing for Fall.

Menswear LFW AW11: TWEEN

"For AW 2011 Tween explores man's irrepressible need for discovery" ... AND that it did. A rare case of a press release matching collection and remaining understandable as well as unembellished. Last show at the BFC Showspace closed with functional and a multiwearble(portmanteau there) collection. Knits, wool, denims and leathers would easily seat in every man's day to day life. All purpose colours blue, brown and grey with the statement shade this season MUSTARD! Need a holiday, so would happily welcome some of these fine turn outs.

The tapered or akle grazing has become more regular than a Katie Price surgery. When it works it works and it was the only way for this collection

SIDENOTE: BEST GOODIE BAG.. THE "GQ" MAG INSIDE WAS NICE BUT THE ACTUAL TOTE ITSELF WAS THE BEST OF THE WEEK.

Menswear Presentations LFW AW11

PRESENTATIONS AND EXHIBITIONS aw11men

Velour, mesh, rubber and tweed and soft cottons. Loud and bright 90's influenced then monochrome at the next station and 3D fabric (Agi and Sam) made these presentations somewhat more entertaining than the shows... that and me spotting a model in each line up I've shot... queue the funny faces to put them off. Can't wait to shoot some of these bad boys (both clothes and *jessie j voice* "man dem..eh"

Fashion from a Blackberry: Lako Bukia AW11

Lako Bukia

I was lucky enough to see this collection on one of my many trips to Felcities before LFW. Loved it then, love it even more now. It was a sheer war, dressed to thrill in feminine chocolate box shades.

sidenote:Sat here zombified I've realised that I only commit to the blackberry snapping when I'm comfortable, so I'll probably only do one show a day with this feature. Not sure how big my memory is and I'm a hoarder even on the cellular!
